Warranty & Return Policy


Blackstone Bags warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or acts of God, such as a tornado or flood. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. To report a warranty defect, please contact customer service via email at info@blackstonebags.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number. Please include your telephone number and a copy of your original sales receipt so that we may contact you. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for getting the product to Blackstone Bags but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Please note that daily wear and tear is different than manufacturing defects, so if your bag is damaged by a hyena while on Safari in Africa, that most likely isn't our fault.

Blackstone Bags is in no way responsible for and will not warrant any cameras, gear or property used in conjunction with our products.  Use of our products is solely at the purchasers discretion.  Any damage caused during the use of any Blackstone Bags product is the responsibility of the purchaser or the person using the product.



If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return unused items sold by Blackstone Bags for  60- days from the shipment date. You have the option of exchanging the item(s), receiving a store credit or receiving a refund for the amount of the item(s) purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product and the return is approved, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Blackstone Bags via email at info@blackstonebags.com. Then you will return the RMA form, original sales receipt and product to us. All items must be in the condition you received them, with all tags attached and in the original box for a full refund less shipping costs. Your refund will include the price of the product and any taxes. Returned items that show signs of field use will be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
